Hundreds of pages of easy to read information and facts on many homework topics including tudors, victorians, romans, rivers and mountains. All of the learning tasks can take place in your child's homework book, except 1 task for each of English and maths which we ask takes place on the online learning hub so teachers can take a look at your amazing work. Children will be set homework by their class teacher when necessary. Children are expected to read regularly at home and practise any spellings or times tables they have been set in class. In EYFS children are given a sound book and sight word book to practise every day for a few minutes, along with their school reading book. We encourage children to re-read books so that they become familiar.
